This glove would be good for weight-lifting or bicycling, but I would not recommend it for yoga. I purchased this glove for the sole purpose of stopping my hands from sliding during yoga poses such as downward facing dog. The glove stuck to the mat as indicated, but my hand pushed forward into the glove which caused the glove to cut into the tender web of skin between my fingers. The glove is well made, lighweight and comfortable, just not for yoga.

Looks nice, but not very comfortable...kind of stiff...I don't think it helps my hands feel better that much, unfortunately.

Product works as it should. I haven't noticed any wear & tear since I've used the gloves over the past several weeks.
